Beginners and seasoned Pilates members will benefit from revisiting the basics and working on perfecting form on the Pilates Reformer. 

Needed for upper level class approval. 

Higher level of balance, coordination, and strength will be tested on the Pilates Reformer. Must be approved by instructor. 

Challenge your coordination, endurance, and heart rate in this fast-paced cardio reformer class utilizing the Jumpboard attachment. All levels welcome!

Take mat Pilates to the next level by using TRX straps to challenge your balance and control. All levels welcome! 

A fun fusion of Mat Pilates and Pilates Tower movements all done on our Tower beds. You will be challenged each week with new creative flows. All levels welcome!

Our Restorative Pilates class will be a great end of the day treat to your body! Each class will have a different focus utilizing various props to help facilitate deeper connections. All levels welcome! 

There is so much more to Pilates Equipment than just Reformer Pilates. This blended equipment class will move you around differently each week between Reformer, Tower, TRX, and various Mat Pilates props to further challenge coordination, control, stability, strength, and balance. We currently offer a mixed levels class and an intermediate level class of mixed apparatus. 

Test your athleticism with this reformer class! We will challenge your strength, endurance, balance, and coordination while using various Pilates Props and hand weights. Expect to get your heart rate pumping and push yourself out of your comfort zone.
