A great opportunity to build confidence with our Pilates TRX Suspension Method, without having to do the full class on this equipment. TRX will be fused with Reformer to enhance your understanding of Pilates on both pieces of equipment. All levels welcome!
Currently offered bimonthly, this pop-up is a great end of week or start of week treat to your body. Each class will have a different focus utilizing various props to help facilitate deeper connections. All levels welcome!
