Pilates Reformer Studio

Reformer Classes - 50 minutes

Fundamental Flow

Beginners and seasoned Pilates members will benefit from revisiting the basics and working on perfecting form. 

Needed for upper level class approval. 

Intermediate Flow

Higher level of balance, coordination, and strength will be tested. Must be approved by instructor and noted on member's account. 

Advance Flow

Advance level of balance, coordination and form. Must be approved by instructor and noted on member's account. 

Cardio Flow

Challenge your coordination, endurance, and heart rate in this fast-paced cardio reformer class. Must be approved by instructor and noted on member's account. 

Pilates Suspension w/ TRX

Take mat Pilates to the next level by using TRX straps to challenge your balance and control. 

Restorative Reformer

Ease your body and mind with this gentle class, focused on stretching and relaxing breath work. All levels welcome! 

Mat

Contemporary Pilates flow with varied prop use to keep each class new and exciting. (Bosus, Balls, Rings, Bands)
