There is so much more to Pilates Equipment than just Reformer Pilates. This blended equipment class will move you around differently each week between Reformer, Tower, TRX, and various Mat Pilates props to further challenge coordination, control, stability, strength, and balance. We currently offer a mixed levels class and an intermediate level class of mixed apparatus.
